Work is progressing nicely with the changing room refurbishment at Havant Leisure Centre. The female changing rooms and some of the lockers are now complete with work about to begin on the male changing rooms. We apologise for the inconvenience to customers but we are sure it will be well worth it as the changing rooms will be brought up to modern day standards. read the rest of this article.

The new exercise studio at Waterlooville Leisure Centre is approximately 4 weeks away from completion. The extended building frame is finished with the internal work about to start including installation of windows and the suspended ceiling. The Friday Night Badminton Club at Havant Leisure Centre is seeking new members. Players should be of an intermediate standard looking to play Badminton in a friendly social environment (no pressure of league or competitions). Nov 2, 2009 Tough Guy Event 2010

Horizon Leisure Centres are please to be able to help local Police Officers Chris Hudson, Martin Campbell and Martin Gunther in their training for 'Tough Guy' 2010. This extreme endurance event really sorts out the men from the boys with its combination of running and climbing through mud, nettles and water (in sunny January!) Oct 19, 2009 Building Work Underway

Work has started on the refurbishment of the swimming pool changing rooms at Havant Leisure Centre. Already some of the old lockers have been removed and the female changing rooms are now closed off to allow the building works to progress. While this happened, the male changing rooms are to be used by female swimmers and the family changing rooms are to be used by male swimmers. Horizon Leisure Centres is proud to announce a great new exercise facility will soon be open at Waterlooville Leisure Centre. The new exercise studio will add a whole programme of fitness classes to the activities available at the centre and compliment the existing gym and swimming pool. Building work will being at the end of October and the new studio will be ready for the start of 2010.
