Millions of Britons have such an unhealthy lifestyle that the effect on their bodies is the same as adding 12 years to their age, research has found. A study has found that the combination of four unhealthy lifestyle factors; smoking, poor diet, lack of exercise and drinking too much increased the risk of dying by such a large degree that it was the equivalent to being 12 years older. SNAP Discos takes place on the last Saturday of most months of the year. Secondary School children (11 - 16) year olds will have a great time as Havant Leisure Centre is turned into a night club, with children able to socialise and dance in the main sports hall and function suite. The Horizone Play Centre is also open (extra charge for admission) for use. Refreshments are available from the Horizon Cafe.
