For Platinum Student, Platinum Annual and Swim Card Annual Memberships you will need to sign up at either Havant or Waterlooville main or gym reception.

You can sign up at either centre and still use either site as the Platinum Memberships and Swim Cards are for both Havant and Waterlooville centres.

Don’t forget your ID for the Platinum Student Membership that is valid for at least 6 months, without it we can’t sign you up.


Bring us an Easter Egg before April 3rd to receive a NO JOINING FEE offer on Platinum Memberships. All Easter Eggs will be donated to Naomi House. If you are joining online a member of the sales team will be in touch to arrange your induction and Easter Egg drop once signed up.

Membership cancellations and change of details (over 18+)

Harlands manage our Platinum Memberships and Swim Card Direct Debits for anyone over 18. To update your account details, freeze or cancel you will need to contact them on the details below:

Membership cancellations and change of details (under 18+)

If you are under 18 and have a Platinum Membership or Swim Card Direct Debit to update account details, freeze or cancel please email stating you have an under 18 Membership at the top of the email and your request will be dealt with by the in-house team.

You can request for to fill out a form to change your account details, freeze or cancel at reception. Please state you are under 18 to the receptionist.
