ABOUT PILATES COURSES
Pilates courses run throughout the year at both Havant and Waterlooville Leisure Centres. The courses run for 8 weeks and offers participants the benefit of a structured series of lessons each week building on the previous learning.
Pilates is a safe and effective form of exercise. Developed by physiotherapists and fitness professionals, Posture Pilates classes aim to re balance the body by improving posture, muscle tone, flexibility and core stability. This slow and controlled approach to exercise can help to relieve stress and tension, aid back problems, assist in injury rehabilitation and improve body awareness. This course is suitable for all new participants.
The courses are chargeable for all customers the courses however the class sizes will be smaller than usual to be able to deal effectively with different posture/injury problems. Platinum Members and Leisure Card holders can get a discounted price.

Tuesday: 09.30-10.30: 15th May – 17th July 2018 (Please note there is no class on 29th May)
HOW TO I ENROL ON THE NEXT COURSE?
Courses are run throughout the year at both Havant and Waterlooville Leisure Centres. A course is typically 8 weeks long and offers participants the benefit of a structured series of lessons each week building on the previous learning.
Please note: Customers will need to pay in advance to secure their space as spaces are limited and courses become full very quickly.
