We have changed our personal training packages to offer you a range of different services to suit your fitness needs and your timetable.3049

Power Sessions are designed for people who want to focus on a particular area of their body, a particular muscle group or concentrate on improving your cardiovascular fitness. They are also ideal for people who are limited by time as they are only 30 minutes long. These sessions can be added onto the beginning or end of your workout, to fit into your lunch break or what ever suits you. 

Motivational Sessions last for 60 minutes and are great for both beginners and experienced gym users. If you are getting bored with your training regime a motivational session can help inject some variety back into your training by adding alternative exercises or helping you achieve direction to accomplish your fitness goals.  These sessions are also great for new users who may need help to kick start their exercise routine with some focused guidance and encouragment.

Personal Training Bumber Packs are perfect if you have a holiday or event you want to get in shape for or maybe you need a bit of motivation and guidance to help you get the most out of your time in the gym. These personal training sessions are available to book in hour blocks of 6 and 12. They also include a Fitness MOT  to help you monitor your progress by measuring your height, weight, blood pressure, body fat, hip-waist ratio.
