Group Exercise Classes take place at both centres and in total there are over 40 classes to per week. Classes are a great way to achieve your fitness goals by complimenting your gym workouts or providing a much more interactive and social way to exercise if going to the gym isn't your thing.

Group exercise classes and courses finish on Sunday 21st December and start again Monday 5th January 2015.

There will be no classes on 25th January at Waterlooville Lesiure Centre

From 21st January we will also be running a new Wednesday 7am HIITs class.
How do I start exercising?
Group Exercise Classes are open to members and non members aged 16 and over.
You can take part in a fitness class as either a Platinum Member or as a casual user. To find out more about becoming a member please visit our Membership Page. Platinum Members can book classes 7 days in advance.
Casual user prices can be found in the timetable. Casual Users can book classes 48 hours in advance with payment.
