Customer Questionnaire Results
In February 2011, 347 questionnaires were distributed to customers (including members and non members) to gain their feedback on a range of subjects relating to the service provided by Horizon Leisure Centres.
Here are some key results
We always welcome feedback from customers at any time of the year. If you wish to comment on any part of your visit to one of our leisure centres please ask for a customer comment form from the Customer Services desk. Alternatively you can ask for the Duty Manager at any time during your visit if you immediately wish to speak to someone in person.
